I felt 'stuck' for years - in the corporate world that sucked the soul right out of me, in a narcissistic relationship that destroyed me internally, until I hit rock bottom. Through the breath, embodiment practices and getting my nervous system back in balance I was able to reclaim my inner truth and truly understand my inner worth. I now specialise in nervous system regulation to guide women back to themselves through a unique blend of Human Design, Breathwork, Life Coaching, and Spiritual Alchemy. I meet women where they are and facilitate their journey of transformation and growth.
