ABOUT TAMARA
COATD is a mobile dessert trailer serving loaded strawberries, chocolate desserts, waffle wands and sweet treats at markets, festivals and events across Queensland. Built as a family-run business, COATD was created to bring fun, aesthetic and memorable dessert experiences to the community. My daughters are heavily involved in the business, helping at markets, serving customers and learning firsthand what it means to build something from the ground up and showing my daughters that women can build, lead and create anything they dream of.
